国有企业(简称国企)是企业的一种特定组织形式或制度。国企改革是我国经济改革的中心环节,本文通过探讨改革的几个阶段及国企在经济发展、国家竞争中发挥的重要作用,回顾了国企的改革历程与存在价值。
State-owned enterprises (abbreviated as state-owned enterprises) are a specific organizational form or system of an enterprise. State-owned enterprise reform is the central link of China’s economic reform. This article reviews the reform process and existing value of state-owned enterprises by discussing the stages of reform and the important role played by state-owned enterprises in economic development and national competition.
