企业建立培训体系的最终目的是为了持久有效地将培训进行到底,让培训发挥最大的效果,让培训走上正规化,并成为一种提升自己和企业竞争力的必备工具。本文从目前企业培训工作的现状入手,分析了企业培训工作存在的问题与偏差,提出了市场竞争背景下必须构建结构化的企业培训体系。其次,详细从培训的课程体系、培训师资队伍体系、培训效果评估、培训管理机制等四方面就如何构建结构化培训体系进行了阐述。
