我国的经济法是治理经济犯罪,协调经济分配与规范等有关经济活动的一部法律,其在国家经济发展、人民生活中发挥着重要的作用。研究经济法的理念范畴、经济范畴,有利于揭示经济法本质,提炼其基本原则。对其价值和理念范畴的理解正确与否,将直接关系到经济法理论科学化及其体系的形成。本文就经济法的价值与理念进行研究,重点讨论了其理念范畴、价值范畴,以期为经济法理论体系的形成提供有效借鉴。
Our country’s economic law is a law governing economic crimes and coordinating economic activities such as economic distribution and standardization. It plays an important role in the economic development and people’s life of the country. The study of the concept of economic law categories, economic categories, is conducive to reveal the essence of economic law, refining its basic principles. The correct understanding of its value and concept category will directly relate to the scientific theory of economic law and the formation of its system. This paper studies the value and concept of economic law, focusing on its concept category and value category, in order to provide an effective reference for the formation of the theoretical system of economic law.
