目的讨论颌面骨折救治中行微创钛板技术的有效性。方法此次筛选72例于2013年07月至2016年01月出现颌面骨折症状于本三甲医院救治的患者,分组依据为两种不同救治技术,其中常规组35例行保守疗法,治疗组37例则行微创钛板方案,对两组骨折愈合状况进行评定、随访。结果常规组35例病例有效率74.29%(26/35),治疗组37例是94.59%(35/37),两组相对照后,(P<0.05)。结论选择微创钛板方案对颌面骨折患者展开救治,有助于改善其愈合条件,提升患者救治水平
Objective To discuss the effectiveness of minimally invasive titanium plate in the treatment of maxillofacial fractures. Methods The screening of 72 patients with maxillofacial fracture symptoms in the top three hospitals from July 2013 to January 2016 was grouped according to two different treatment techniques, of which 35 patients in the conventional group received conservative treatment and the treatment group 37 Cases were minimally invasive titanium plan, the two groups of fracture healing status assessment, follow-up. Results The effective rate of the routine group was 74.29% (26/35), while that of the treatment group was 94.59% (35/37). The relative efficiency of the two groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Select minimally invasive titanium plan for patients with maxillofacial fractures treatment, help to improve the healing conditions, improve the level of patient care
