对人工发酵培育冬虫夏草进行了3项致突变试验,结果表明小鼠胸骨骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验实验组与阴性对照组之间未见显著性差异,而实验组与阳性对照组之间均有显著性差异。Ames试验表明各剂量组均未诱发直接和间接致突变作用。实验证明人工发酵培育冬虫夏草对实验哺乳动物体细胞、生殖细胞及细菌均无致突变作用,不引起遗传损伤。
