In this paper, RAPD technology was used to analyze the genomic DNA of cold-resistant strains of purse red carp. By RAPD analysis of 50 primers and 1 50 times, we identified the RAPD technique to identify cold-resistant strains of purse red carp from the perspective of molecular biology
