目的研究甘遂与甘草不同配比及剂量的变化对小鼠肠功能的影响。方法采用均匀设计法,按2因素7水平以小鼠肠推进率和肠质量为指标,观察合并液和合煎液对肠功能的影响。结果对肠推进率的影响:合并液促进肠推进率,存在协同作用,总剂量低于5g/kg时,甘遂醇提物与甘草合并后各组对小鼠肠推进率未见增加;大于5g/kg各组对小鼠肠推进率的影响呈现增加趋势,随着甘遂或甘草配比增加,肠推进率作用逐渐减弱。对肠质量的影响:总给药剂量在0~30g/kg范围内,合并液与合煎液肠质量随甘遂剂量增加而增加,但未见交互作用。结论合并液1∶1对小鼠肠推进功能的影响与剂量有密切关系,合煎液对肠道平滑肌无明显影响,该与临床上甘遂以粉末入药可能存在一定的相关性。该研究为甘遂-甘草反药组合的毒效表征奠定了一定的研究基础。
Objective To study the effect of different ratio and dosage of Kansui and Licorice on intestinal function in mice. Methods The uniform design method was adopted. According to the level of 2 factors and 7 mice, the intestinal propulsion rate and intestine quality were used as indices to observe the effect of the combined solution and combined decoction on intestinal function. The results on the rate of intestinal propulsion: the combination of liquid to promote intestinal propulsion rate, there is a synergistic effect, the total dose of less than 5g / kg, the combination of licorice extract and licorice groups after each group of intestinal propulsion rate did not increase; The effect of 5g / kg on the intestinal propulsion rate in mice showed an increasing trend. With the increase of the ratio of Kansui or licorice, the effect of intestinal propulsion rate gradually weakened. On the intestinal quality: the total dose of 0 ~ 30g / kg range, the combined liquid and co-decoction intestinal quality with the dose of Kansui increased, but no interaction. Conclusions The effect of the combined solution 1: 1 on the intestinal propulsion function in mice is closely related to the dose. The combined decoction has no obvious effect on the intestinal smooth muscle, which may be related to the clinical application of powder to the medicine. This study lays a solid foundation for the study of the toxicological effects of kansui-licorice anti-drug combination.
