目的探讨持续质量改进在规范放化疗病房终末消毒管理中的应用效果。方法分析放化疗病房终末消毒管理中存在的问题,制定质量改进措施。结果质量改进前,棉被、枕芯、床垫细菌污染严重,床头柜等附件有不同程度细菌超标。质量改进后,棉被、枕芯、床垫及床头柜等附件物体表面细菌明显减少。结论通过持续质量改进,使放化疗病房终末消毒效果基本达到规范要求,减少放化疗患者医院感染因素。
Objective To explore the application of continuous quality improvement in the end-stage disinfection management of standard radiotherapy and chemotherapy units. Methods To analyze the problems existing in the end-of-life disinfection management of radiotherapy and chemotherapy wards, and to develop quality improvement measures. Results before the improvement of quality, quilts, pillows, mattresses, bacterial contamination, bedside cabinets and other accessories have different levels of bacteria exceeded. Quality improvement, quilts, pillows, mattresses and bedside cabinets and other accessories surface bacteria significantly reduced. Conclusions Through continuous quality improvement, the end-of-line disinfection effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy wards reached the standard requirements and the nosocomial infection factors of patients receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy were reduced.
