上钢三厂第二薄板车间生产的1Cr_(18)Ni_9-Ti冷轧薄板的晶间腐蚀一次合格率长期波动,1980年上半年仅达到93.3%。去年六月份成立了晶间腐蚀QC小组,开展以提高晶间腐蚀一次合格率为课题的技术攻关。运用分层方法,在排除了化学成份和钢坯表面增碳引起晶间腐蚀不合格的原因后,集中对热处理工艺进行试验研究。试验常化时间由4′30″至8′50″,成品晶粒度7—8级占91.1%,
The pass rate of intergranular corrosion of 1Cr_ (18) Ni_9-Ti cold-rolled sheet produced in the second sheet shop of Shangsan No.3 Steel Plant fluctuated for a long time, reaching only 93.3% in the first half of 1980. June last year set up a group of intergranular corrosion QC, carried out to improve the rate of intergranular corrosion qualified as the subject of technical research. Using the stratification method, the heat treatment process was concentrated on the experimental study after eliminating the reasons for the unacceptable intergranular corrosion caused by the chemical composition and carbon increase on the billet surface. Test the normalization time from 4’30 “to 8’50”, finished grain size 7-8 grade accounted for 91.1%
