目的:探讨慢性乙型肝炎HBeAg模式与HBVDNA负荷的相关性。方法:检测40例乙型肝炎患者血清HBVDNA负荷和其HBeAg模式。结果:当乙型肝炎患者血清HBVDNA含量为A、C级时,出现HBeAg阳性模式中病毒水平低及HBeAg阴性模式病毒水平高现象,HBeAg阳性模式与HBeAg阴性模式者差异不显著,血清HBVDNA负荷和其HBeAg模式无相关性;当乙型肝炎患者血清HBVDNA含量为B级时,HBeAg阳性模式HBV-DNA载量显著高于HBeAg阴性模式,HBeAg阳性模式与HBeAg阴性模式者差异显著,血清HBVDNA负荷和其HBeAg模式有相关性。结论:当乙型肝炎患者血清HBVDNA含量为A、C级时,血清HBVDNA负荷和其HBeAg模式无相关性;当HBVDNA含量为B级时,乙型肝炎患者血清HBVDNA负荷和其HBeAg模式有相关性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between HBeAg load in chronic hepatitis B and HBVDNA load. Methods: Serum HBVDNA load and HBeAg mode were detected in 40 patients with hepatitis B virus. Results: The levels of HBeAg positive virus and HBeAg negative model virus in HBeAg positive model were high when the serum HBV DNA levels were A and C in hepatitis B patients. There was no significant difference between HBeAg positive and HBeAg negative modes. Serum HBVDNA load and The HBeAg positive mode HBV-DNA load was significantly higher than that of HBeAg negative mode when the level of HBVDNA was level B in patients with hepatitis B, the difference was significant between HBeAg positive mode and HBeAg negative mode, the serum HBVDNA load and Its HBeAg mode has relevance. Conclusions: When the serum HBV DNA levels of patients with hepatitis A and B are level A and C, there is no correlation between the serum HBVDNA load and HBeAg mode. When the HBV DNA level is level B, the serum HBVDNA load is associated with HBeAg mode in patients with hepatitis B .
