随着我国社会经济的发展经历了大规模开发、高速度增长后,进入了平稳运行的阶段,经济增长的动力向创新驱动转变的背景下,对职业教育服务产业结构调整和转型升级提出了更高的要求。这就要求我们必须学习借鉴先进的国内外职教模式,尤其是在世界职业教育中普遍认可的德国“双元制”职业教育模式。本文旨在介绍“双元制”职业教育模式,以及研究我国开展“双元制”职业教育可能存在的问题和解决问题的方法。
With the rapid development of social economy in our country undergoing large-scale development and high-speed growth, it has entered a stage of steady operation and under the background that the driving force for economic growth has shifted to innovation-driven, it has put forward more changes in the structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading of the vocational education service industry High demand. This requires that we must learn from the advanced vocational education models both at home and abroad, especially the German “dual system” vocational education model that is universally recognized in world vocational education. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the “dual system” model of vocational education, as well as to study the possible problems and the solutions to the problems in carrying out “dual system” vocational education in our country.
