对于一个合格的教师而言,在教学当中有两个基本任务:一是进行学科知识的教学,二是进行有效的课堂管理.对于高中英语教学而言,教师应当认识到在当前素质教育要求下,高中英语教学已由传统的课堂教学模式发展到交际化课堂模式,作为高中英语教师,要真正减轻学生的过重负担,提高课堂教学效率,就得努力探索科学方法,向课堂教学管理要质量.应当说在不同的背景之下,对教学质量的理解,以及对课堂教学管理的理解是有所不同的,今天的高中英语教学正处于核心素养的背景之下,这也就意味着高中英语课堂管理面临着新的意义建构,相应的课堂教学管理措施也应当有新的改变.在这样的思路之下,笔者以核心素养为背景,对高中英语课堂教学管理的现状进行了再度分析与思考,对面向核心素养培育需要的高中英语课堂教学管理优化策略进行了探究,取得了些许收获.现结合课堂教学管理中的相关实际案例,进行阐述与分析.
