“脂质过氧化”是实验病理和毒理学最重要的理论之一。这一理论认为,生物膜上的多不饱和脂肪酸发生过氧化,是机体损伤的一种特殊形式,可能是毒物发生毒作用的起点,甚至可能是致癌、致畸、致突变的重要环节之一。为了从分子水平来研究机体的损伤,亟需建立测定脂质过氧化物的方法。
Lipid peroxidation is one of the most important theories in experimental pathology and toxicology. This theory suggests that peroxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acids on biomembranes is a special form of body damage that may be the starting point for the toxic effects of toxicants and may even be an important part of carcinogenesis, teratogenicity and mutagenesis . In order to study the body’s damage from the molecular level, it is urgent to establish a method for the determination of lipid peroxides.
