近几年,国内网络电视蓬勃发展。本文分析了国内、外网络电视在功能性、宽带成本、电信商等方面发展的差异,解读了国内网络电视在内容建设、版权问题、技术水平、盈利模式等方面存在的问题。并认为由于运营商、内容提供商、设备商、终端厂商在内的产业链各个环节的积极推动,加以监管政策的放松,国内网络电视将会有一个更为美好的发展前景。
In recent years, the domestic network television is booming. This paper analyzes the differences in the development of functionality, broadband costs and telecom operators between domestic and overseas network TV. It also analyzes the problems of domestic network TV in content construction, copyright, technical level and profit model. And believes that due to the positive promotion of various links in the industrial chain including operators, content providers, equipment providers and terminal manufacturers and the relaxation of regulatory policies, the domestic network television will have a brighter future.
