博士献智红土地 共绘江西新蓝图——中组部、团中央赴赣“博士服务团”纪实

引言:1999年,中组部、团中央选派了首批8名博士来江西挂职锻炼。6年来,已先后有五批共61名博士从中央国家有关部委及发达省市来到江西挂职锻炼。博士们本着“了解国情、服务地方、积累经验、增长才干”的宗旨来到江西,做好挂职锻炼服务工作。在他们的共同努力下,“博士服务团”已成为我省一块响当当的品牌。

Introduction: In 1999, the Central Organization Department and the CYL Central Committee dispatched the first eight Ph.Ds to work in Jiangxi. In the past 6 years, 61 batches of doctors from five batches have successively arrived in Jiangxi from the relevant state ministries and commissions of the Central Government and the developed provinces and cities to take up their posts and workouts. Doctoral people in “understanding of national conditions, service areas, accumulated experience, growth ability,” the purpose came to Jiangxi, to do a good job training services. In their joint efforts, “Dr Service ” has become a resounding brand in our province.
