在农村中小学音乐教育新课程改革与发展的过程中,无论是新课程教育理念的贯彻、课程内容的更新、教学方式的转变还是教育目标的实现都要由教师身体力行来完成,他们是新课程改革的具体实施者。文章以河南省会郑州农村中小学为例,通过问卷调查、访谈等方式对郑州农村中小学音乐师资情况进行调查,剖析制约农村中小学师资队伍发展的主要因素,并提出相关发展对策。
