目的:探讨二维与三维超声联合对诊断胎儿四肢畸形的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析东莞市虎门镇南栅医院39例2014年4月至2016年4月有畸形胎儿孕妇的临床资料,孕妇均行二维及二维联合三维超声检查,对比两种检查的结果以及诊断符合率。结果:二维联合三维超声检查出短肢畸形、足内翻、足外翻、多指/趾、桡骨缺如、手/足姿势异常分别有8例、7例、4例、6例、5例、8例,二维超声检查结果为1例、0例、5例、1例、3例、0例,两种检查结果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);二维联合三维超声的漏诊例数、确诊例数、诊断符合率分别为1例、38例、97.44%,二维超声为8例、31例、79.49%,两种检查方法比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二维与三维超声联合可以有效的提高诊断胎儿四肢畸形的准确率,是产前诊断的重要手段。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal limb deformities. Methods: The clinical data of 39 pregnant women with deformed fetus from April 2014 to April 2016 in Nanzheng Hospital of Humen Town, Dongguan City were retrospectively analyzed. Pregnant women underwent two-dimensional and two-dimensional combined three-dimensional ultrasonography. Comparing the results of the two examinations And diagnostic accuracy. Results: There were 8 cases, 7 cases, 4 cases, 6 cases, 5 cases of short limb deformity, varus foot, valgus, multiple finger / toe, radial absence and hand / foot posture respectively The results of two-dimensional ultrasonography were 1 case, 0 case, 5 cases, 1 case, 3 cases and 0 case. The difference between the two test results was statistically significant (P <0.05) The number of misdiagnosis cases, diagnosis cases and diagnosis coincidence rates were 1 case, 38 cases, 97.44%, 8 cases, 31 cases, 79.49% respectively. The differences between the two methods were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound can effectively improve the accuracy of diagnosis of fetal limb deformities, is an important prenatal diagnosis.
