应用trnL-F序列分析方法,对贵州百里杜鹃自然保护区内的杜鹃属进行了系统发育关系与开花性状研究和分析。从分子水平分析了杜鹃花属中马银花亚属、映山红亚属、杜鹃亚属、糙叶杜鹃亚属、常绿杜鹃亚属等5个亚属的系统发育关系;从常绿杜鹃亚属的参试物种中分析了3个不同颜色的聚合群及之间的系统发育关系;从遗传物质的重组和分离的视角对红色、白色和粉色不同聚合群的生殖关系提出了两个假设。
Using the method of trnL-F sequence analysis, the phylogenetic relationships and flowering traits of Rhododendron in the Baili Rhododendron Nature Reserve in Guizhou Province were studied and analyzed. The phylogenetic relationships of Rhododendron from five subgenus Genus Agrocybe, Azalea, Rhododendron, Genus Rhododendron, and Sub-Rhododendron were analyzed at the molecular level. Three hypotheses of phytoplankton assemblages and their phylogenetic relationships were analyzed in the test species. Two hypotheses were made on the reproductive relationships of different aggregates of red, white and pink from the perspective of genetic recombination and segregation.
