洋铁酸模中的蒽醌类成分

从蓼科酸模属植物洋铁酸模 Rumex patientia L .根中分得 6个蒽醌类成分 ,经化学方法和光谱分析 (IR、NMR、2 DNMR、MS) ,分别鉴定为大黄酚 (chrysophanol, )、大黄素甲醚 (physcion, )、大黄素 (em odin, )、大黄酚 - 8- O- β- D-葡萄糖苷 (chrysophanol- 8- O- β- D- glucopyranoside, )、大黄素甲醚 - 8- O-葡萄糖苷 (physcion- 8- O- β-D- glucopyranoside, )及大黄素 - 8- O-β- D-葡萄糖苷 (emodin- 8- O-β- D- glucopyranoside, )。其中 、 、 为首次从该植物中分得。

Six anthraquinones were isolated from the roots of Rumex patientia L., a plant of the genus Polygonum, and identified as chrysophanol by chemical methods and spectral analysis (IR, NMR, 2 DNMR, MS). Physcion, emodin, chrysophanol 8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, emodin- 8-O-glucoside (physcion-8-β-D-glucopyranoside) and emodin-8-β-D-glucopyranoside (emodin-8-β-D-glucopyranoside). Among them, for the first time from the plant.
