最近公布的上博藏战国楚竹书五中有《鲍叔牙与隰朋之谏》、《競建内之》两篇,本文讨论有关事件的年代与背景,并对简文几处疑难文字的释读提出看法。简文记有齐桓公祭祖告庙后颁发的一道政令,时间在公元前650年至前645年间。相关内容又见于《管子》,对于考察《管子》一书有关资料的来源具有参考价值。此次祭祀,齐桓公“身命祭”,“毋内钱器”,旨在以自身为质祷
