目的 研究出生前干预对婴儿体格、运动、认知、情绪和语言发育的影响。方法采用预定的方案对实验组的60例孕妇进行出生前干预,并配以相应的对照组。在孩子出生后48小时内、6个月及1岁时,分别采用标准的发育量表进行评估。结果 实验组孕妇具有良好的心理状态和行为表现,且实验组的新生儿行为能力、体格及智能发育(尤其是语言发育)水平都明显高于对照组。结论 出生前干预可有效地促进婴儿的身心发育,有利于提高出生人口的素质。
Objective To study the impact of prenatal intervention on physical, motor, cognitive, emotional and language development in infants. Methods 60 pregnant women in the experimental group were given prenatal interventions with a predetermined protocol and matched with the corresponding control group. At 48 hours after birth, at 6 months and 1 year of age, children were assessed using a standard developmental scale. Results The pregnant women in the experimental group had good mental state and behavioral performance, and the experimental group had significantly higher neonatal behavioral, physical and intellectual development (especially language development) than the control group. Conclusion Prenatal intervention can effectively promote the physical and mental development of infants and help improve the quality of the birth population.
