学科教研组是学校内部最基础、最稳定的组织单位。一所具有勃勃生机的学校,必然重视教研组建设。从本刊视角观之,在教师专业成长方面,浙江省上虞市春晖中学政治教研组无疑最为成功。本刊2010年第7期开始连载的“政治教师专业成长”系列文章便出自该校政治教研组的老师之手。其他如江苏省盐城中学、盱眙中学等,因为范红军、骈昌贵两位老师的带动,其政治教研组亦有声有色。但一个教研组在学校里究竟扮演什么样的角色,在教育教学中又具有怎样的功能?本刊特约请江苏省南通市第一中学的政治教研组组长张园园老师撰文,相信对大家会有一定的启示和借鉴作用。
Discipline teaching and research group is the most basic internal school, the most stable organizational unit. An ambitious school must attach importance to the teaching and research group. From the journal point of view, in the professional growth of teachers, Zhejiang Shangyu Chunhui School of Political Studies undoubtedly the most successful. Articles published in 2010 No. 7 serialized “political teacher professional growth ” series of articles from the political teaching and research group of teachers in the school. Others, such as Yancheng Middle School in Jiangsu Province and Langyao Middle School, etc., also have their voices heard because of Fan Hongjun and Qi Changgui’s two teachers. However, a teaching and research group in the school exactly what kind of role, in education and teaching has what kind of function? This publication special invited Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, the first high school political teaching and research team leader Zhang Yuanyuan teacher writing, I believe we will have a certain Revelation and reference.
