公共图书馆是人们获取信息的重要来源和渠道。在知识经济时代,公共图书馆只有正确应对各种机遇和挑战,充分发挥自身资源优势,才能在市场竞争日益激烈的环境下得到长足的发展。本文通过对当前公共图书馆面临的机遇与挑战进行简要的阐述,分析了公共图书馆开展服务营销的必要性,并提出了科学有效的公共图书馆服务营销策略,从而提高自身服务水平,改善服务质量,提升公共图书馆的核心竞争力以应对日益激烈的竞争环境,并实现健康可持续发展。
Public libraries are an important source of people’s access to information and channels. In the era of knowledge-based economy, public libraries can make great progress under the environment of increasingly fierce market competition only when they correctly meet various opportunities and challenges and give full play to their own resource advantages.
