本文以嘉兴教育学院组织的“科学减负”专题调研为基础,对海宁市鹃湖学校科学学科高效课堂教学模式进行了经验总结,使以“一单二型三层四步”为特征“自主三人行”高效课堂教学模式逐渐由模糊走向清晰,该校高效课堂形成以“自主学习+系统学习”为特色的新授课和以“自主学习+知识融会贯通”为特征的展示课,以分层学习理念为基础,学生以呈现者、纠错者和点评者的角色参与“自主三人行”小组学习,课堂教学流程体现“多元呈现”“尝试纠错”“互动改错”和“点评激励”层层递进的四步,最终实现了高效课堂的六大转变,分层角色的错位发展,培育了良好的自主学习文化。
