为了实现MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical Systems)固体微推力器阵列准确可靠点火,阵列单元的点火驱动控制显得尤为重要。设计了驱动控制系统,由电源模块、驱动模块、10×10规模固体微推力器阵列模块、控制及通信模块组成,并分别对各个模块的设计进行了介绍。通过把各个模块进行一体化,设计了整机结构,并制备了原理样机。最后对原理样机进行了电爆试验、点火试验以及冲量测试试验,试验表明所设计的驱动控制系统功能完备,能够对阵列单元准确点火以及多单元同时点火,具有很高的可靠性,点火成功率100%。
In order to achieve accurate and reliable ignition of MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) solid micro thrusters, ignition control of array elements is particularly important. The drive control system is designed. It consists of power module, drive module, 10 × 10 solid micro thruster array module, control and communication module, and introduces the design of each module separately. Through the integration of each module, the design of the whole structure, and the preparation of the prototype. Finally, the prototype was tested by electric explosion test, ignition test and impulse test. The test shows that the designed drive control system is fully functional, capable of accurately firing the array unit and igniting multiple units at the same time, with high reliability and ignition success rate 100%.
