日本钢管京浜制铁所已经建成了以大规模DCS为基础以减少定员,优化源管理和使控制设施高可靠性为目标的能源完全集中控制的系统。该新控制系统是集成EIC系统,也就是将电力设备的控制(E),检测控制(I)和计算机(C)相互匹配组成的系统。系统由26个数字控制站,2个数据库站和3个过程计算机所组成,相互由光学局域网(LAN)统一联系起来。为了实现发电厂的最佳管理,转炉煤气柜的管理和预测3小时能量平衡,开发了进行能源管理决策和煤气分配管理的实时人工智能系统(AI)和专家系统。
Nippon Steel Pipe Beijing Keihin Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. has built a system for fully centralized control of energy based on large-scale DCS with the objective of reducing personnel, optimizing source management and ensuring high reliability of control facilities. The new control system is an integrated EIC system, that is, a system that matches the control (E), the detection control (I) and the computer (C) of the electric equipment with each other. The system consists of 26 digital control stations, two database stations and three process computers, interconnected by an optical LAN (Local Area Network). Real-time artificial intelligence systems (AIs) and expert systems for energy management decisions and gas distribution management were developed to best manage power plants, manage converter gas tanks and predict 3-hour energy balances.
