1.正确对待孩子和同伴的关系。同伴关系对于孩子社会化的作用是很大的。不少父母却有意无意地干扰孩子和同伴之间的正常交往,如不愿让孩子的同学到家里玩或孩子在与同伴发生矛盾时袒护自己的孩子等。这种做法对于孩子的发展是有害无益的。因为孩子只有在与同伴交往的实践中,在平等地处理同伴之间的矛盾时,才能真正掌握与他人交往的技能以及解决人际冲突的方法。
1. Correctly handle the relationship between children and their peers. The role of peer relationships in socializing children is great. Many parents consciously or unconsciously interfere with the normal interaction between their children and their peers, such as reluctance to let their children’s classmates play at home or children and their peers when contradicting their children. This practice is detrimental to the development of children. Because only in the practice of social interaction with peers, children can truly master the skills of dealing with others and the methods of resolving interpersonal conflicts when they deal with the conflicts between their peers equally.
