2012年,全国建筑施工起重机械事故仍呈多发态势,各省市也接连出台了一系列重点整治措施。但是,频繁的专项整治工作通知,并没能阻止建筑起重机事故的发生。据《建筑机械化》记者粗略统计,2012年发生在各地的塔机倒塌等重大事故即有30多起(表1),每个月都有重大事故发生,5、6月为事故多发期。在一些单位和施工项目,一味追求降低费用,无视设备安全,超载使用,力矩限位和重量限位器被人为拆除、破坏现象依然严重存在,监管、检测质量
In 2012, the national construction crane accidents still showed multiple situations, and various provinces and cities also successively issued a series of key remediation measures.
