目的探讨低频旋转永磁场对人体表面热分布、血压及心率的影响。方法分别于磁场干预前后对25名志愿者进行红外热像、血压及心率检查。采用自身对照和组间对照的方法,分析红外热像图、血压及心率的变化,考察0.4 T低频旋转永磁场对人体表面热分布、血压、及心率的影响。结果正常人体表面热分布表现为中央温度较高、周边温度较低且左右对称的类正态分布特点;局部功能或器质改变的人体,表现出现局部过热或过凉的现象。0.4 T低频旋转永磁场可以影响人的血压及心率,改善人体表面热分布,使患者异常的人体表面热分布趋于正常。结论人体表面热分布与环境温度及人体健康状况有关,0.4 T低频旋转永磁场可以影响人的血压、及心率,改善人体表面热分布状态,促使异常人体表面热分布趋于正常。
Objective To investigate the effects of low frequency rotating permanent magnetic field on the human body surface heat distribution, blood pressure and heart rate. Methods Twenty-five volunteers were examined by infrared thermography, blood pressure and heart rate before and after magnetic field intervention. The changes of infrared thermography, blood pressure and heart rate were analyzed by self-control and inter-group comparison. The effect of 0.4 T low-frequency rotating permanent magnetic field on the human body surface heat distribution, blood pressure and heart rate was investigated. Results The body surface of normal human showed the normal distribution of central temperature, lower peripheral temperature and symmetrical left and right. The body with local function or device showed partial overheating or overcooling. 0.4 T low-frequency rotating permanent magnetic field can affect people’s blood pressure and heart rate, improve the human body surface heat distribution, so that patients with abnormal body surface heat distribution tends to normal. Conclusion The heat distribution on the human body is related to the ambient temperature and human health. 0.4 T low-frequency rotating permanent magnetic field can affect the blood pressure and heart rate, improve the heat distribution on the human body and promote the normal human body’s heat distribution.
