在国家规定了血液收费标准的情况下,加强血站财务管理,实行血液成本核算,越来越被管理者重视。本文首先分析了血站财务管理存在的问题,其次,从应用先进的计算机信息技术,推进血站财务与业务一体化管理工作;健全完善会计人才队伍;核算“货到票未到”的材料,确保财务信息的真实性;转变观念,切实树立财务管理是血站管理核心的理念等方面,就如何完善血站财务管理提出了自己的建议和看法,具有一定的参考价值。
