一、前言在苹果矮化砧木选育中,应用迅速而简便的预选技术有着十分重要的意义。比克班(A.B.Beacbane)和汤普森(E.C.Thom pson)研究证明根的皮部与木质部的相对面积即根皮率与接穗生长势及花芽的形成间存在着显著的相关性。因此,根皮率可以做为预测砧木矮化效应的指标。
