在口腔临床和科研中,常用分析咬合的方法包括:咬合纸染色法、蜡片法、硅橡胶法、光牙合分析法、Dentalprescale系统、T-扫描系统等,其中能测量咬合时间的只有T-扫描系统。T-扫描系统是精确记录和分析咬合接触的一套计算机分析系统,引入时间参数,可以对牙合接触情况作动态的定量分析,在口腔临床和科研中广泛应用。本文对T-ScanII系统的结构、工作原理、特点、应用以及综合评价进行综述。
