草菇是高温型食用菌,市场供应期短。江苏省沐阳县真菌研究所科技人员,通过近二年的探索,将草菇生产期两头延长半年,现将其栽培技术简介如下: (一)时间安排与生产方式 室内栽培可以利用蘑菇房和其它闲房,室内与室外栽培相结合。室外栽培可用小拱棚和塑料大棚两种。无论用哪种方式,均要达到遮阳、防风、保温、增湿的要求。 延长栽培的时间界限是基本接近但尚低于草菇生长正常气温的季节,结合本地区气候特点,以不加温或少加温进行栽培,一般于4月20日至6月20日为第一周
