In a recent clinical trial involving 24 patients in Canada, one patient needed a wheelchair condition prior to treatment to gain a normal life after treatment. However, it should be noted that the therapy is very violent and one patient dies during treatment. In this regard, the researchers hope to further optimize the therapeutic drug in order to achieve the standard of safety for patients with multiple sclerosis. The treatment was accidentally discovered by researchers at the Ottawa Hospital Institute in Canada when they were treating patients with both leukemia and multiple sclerosis. One of the main methods for the treatment of leukemia is to extract the bone marrow cells and kill the remaining immune cells in the body. Then, the purified bone marrow cells are injected for bone marrow reconstitution. The results show that this reconstituted bone marrow not only contributes to the treatment of leukemia, but also effectively resists multiple sclerosis. The cause of multiple sclerosis is that immune cells attack the brain, spinal cord, and nerves in the nervous system
