学习《资本论》,深刻理解股份制的性质、股份制的产生与发展。股份制的产生是社会生产力与生产关系矛盾运动的结果,与社会制度无关。邓小平南巡谈话以来,我国的股份制经过试点,逐步走向成熟。实践证明,股份制的实行对于企业融资、资本运营、两权分离、协调物质利益关系、提高企业的生产经营效率和资本运营的效率,都将起到其它资本运行所不可替代的作用,有利于生产力的发展。
