2006年的钱江新城板块是今年供应量较大板块之一,金色海岸、东方润园、金基·晓庐等7个楼盘推出了新房源,其中东方润园、金基·晓庐、倚天·盛世钱塘、宋都·新城国际以及凤凰城5个楼盘均为本度首次亮相的新盘。根据透明网统计的信息显示,2006年1-11月,钱江新城区块的新增供应量为3244套,总面积达44万余平方米。
