农林业是能永续生产生物质的唯一产业,将对可再生能源(材料)有难以估量的重大作用。在人均耕地资源非常短缺的我国发展生物质产业,在充分利用好既有生物质资源的同时,还要尽量挖掘边际土地的巨大潜力。论述了处理发展生物能源与食粮安全保障的关系,选择和开发适宜的、可获取商品生物能的多功效、多用途作物,实现边际土地潜力的途径以及生物质产业对我国农业和农村发展的意义。
Agroforestry is the only industry that can sustainably produce biomass and will have an immeasurable impact on renewable energy (materials). In the development of biomass industry in our country, where per capita arable land resources are very scarce, we should try our best to tap the great potential of marginal lands while making full use of existing biomass resources. Discusses the ways to deal with the relationship between the development of bioenergy and food security, the selection and development of suitable multi-functional and multipurpose crops that can obtain commercial bio-energy, the potential of realizing marginal land and the significance of biomass industry to the development of agriculture and rural areas of our country .
