试验结果表明MS、1/2MS、KC、VW四种培养基对大花蕙兰(Cymbidium)原球茎增殖倍数没有明显影响,但其发芽率与生根率表现各异。原球茎增殖培养基中加入0.5mg/LNAA+1mg/1Ad有利于原球茎增殖倍数的提高,但降低生根率。单独施用0.5mg/LNAA明显提高原球茎增殖倍数与生根率。四种不同细胞分裂素处理中,以1mg/LBA最有利于原球茎增殖倍数的提高。25℃较20℃有利于原球茎增殖。井字型切割缩短继代培养周期,有利于原球茎增殖周期,有利于原球茎增殖。大花蕙兰试管苗在采用一般炼苗方法可获得95%以上的移栽成活率。
The results showed that MS, 1 / 2MS, KC and VW had no significant effect on the multiplication of cytoplasm of Cymbidium, but their germination rate and rooting rate varied.
