从1975～1988年间进行手术治疗的1 442例慢性中耳炎(COM)病人中,选出双耳有对称性听力下降、并因各种原因做了单侧手术的同类型双侧COM病人41例,进行了回顾性调查,对侧耳作为非手术情况下听力变化的自然病程对照。这种自然听力下降在评价手术耳动态听力结果时要考虑进去。29耳使用了同种移植物或自体听小骨微雕术,12耳使用了塑料作为全部(TORP)或部分(PORP)听小骨替代物。全部资料中25耳做了部分重建术,16耳做了全重建术。术后观察时间为1～14年(平均随访5年)。观测指标:计算双耳AC(0.25
Among 4442 patients with chronic otitis media (COM) undergoing surgery from 1975 to 1988, 41 patients with bilateral COM patients of the same type who had bilateral symmetrical hearing loss and unilateral surgery for various reasons were selected. A retrospective survey was conducted on the lateral ear as a natural history of hearing changes in a non-surgical setting. This natural hearing loss should be taken into account when evaluating the dynamic auditory outcome of the surgical ear. The 29 ears were allografts or autonomic ossicles, and the 12 ears used plastic as a complete (TORP) or partial (PORP) ossicular replacement. Twenty-five ears were partially reconstructed in all the data, and 16 ears were completely reconstructed. Postoperative observation time was 1 to 14 years (average follow-up of 5 years).
