本文报告了我院儿科1990年4月至1991年3月收治的小儿支原体肺炎132例,并重点讨论其肺外表现及诊疗体会。本组有48例出现肺外症状(36.4%),其中包括心血管、血液、神经、消化、骨骼肌肉系统及皮肤的病损。本组选用先锋霉素V治疗20例,获得满意疗效,其退热、罗音消失、X线吸收时间及疗程等与红霉素相接近,经统计学处理,两组无显著性差异(P均>0.05)。本组重症和有肺外并发症的50例,均早期短疗程予以氟美松治疗,使临床症状改善迅速,并缩短了疗程。
This article reports 132 pediatric cases of mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to our hospital from April 1990 to March 1991 with a focus on their extrapulmonary manifestations and diagnosis and treatment. Forty-eight patients in this group developed extra-pulmonary symptoms (36.4%), including cardiovascular, blood, nervous, digestive, skeletal muscle systems and skin lesions. This group choose 20 cases of cephalosporin V treatment, access to satisfactory results, the fever, rales disappear, X-ray absorption time and course of treatment and erythromycin are close to the statistical analysis, no significant difference between the two groups (P All> 0.05). The group of 50 cases of severe and extrapulmonary complications were treated with early short course of dexamethasone, the clinical symptoms improved rapidly, and shorten the course of treatment.
