2016年颁布或修正实施的有关安全生产法律2月26日,第十二届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第十九次会议,通过《中华人民共和国深海海底区域资源勘探开发法》,自2016年5月1日起施行。该法第九条中规定:“承包者应当履行勘探、开发合同义务,保障从事勘探、开发作业人员的人身安全,保护海洋环境。”“承包者从事勘探、开发作业还应当遵守中华人民共和国有关安全生产、劳动保护方面的法律、行政法规。”
On February 26, the 19th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People’s Congress passed the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Exploration and Development of Resources in the Deep-sea Seabed Zone” since 2016 5 March 1 will come into force. Article 9 of the Law stipulates that: “The contractor shall perform its obligations of exploration and development of contracts to protect the personal safety of the personnel engaged in the exploration and development operations and protect the marine environment.” “Contractors engaged in exploration and development operations shall also abide by China People’s Republic of China on safety production, labor protection laws and administrative regulations. ”
