随着我国医疗体系改革深入,医院医疗水平不断提高,内部控制管理工作也有条不紊的进行。人事档案管理是医院人力资源管理的重要组成部分,对加强医院内部控制管理起到非常重要的作用。但从目前我国医院人事档案管理工作现状来看,医院人事档案管理仍然存在很多问题。这些问题都严重制约了医院的发展。笔者对医院人事档案

Personnel file management is an important part of hospital human resources management and plays an important role in strengthening the internal control and management of the hospital. However, judging from the current status of hospital personnel files management in our country, there are still many problems in the management of personnel files in hospitals.
