采用大鼠离体胸主动脉灌流技术,观察新疆哈萨克传统发酵乳酪的乳清(TFCW)对大鼠离体胸主动脉环的作用,确定其是否对血管具有舒张作用。结果表明,TFCW对主动脉环的基础张力没有明显影响且不影响平滑肌细胞外钙内流,对去氧肾上腺素(PE)10μmol/L预收缩的血管环有明显舒张作用。TFCW可能通过多靶点扩张血管。
In vitro rat thoracic aorta perfusion technique was used to observe the effect of whey (TFCW) from Xinjiang traditional fermented cheese on isolated thoracic aorta in rats and to determine whether it has a vasodilatation effect on blood vessels. The results showed that TFCW had no significant effect on the basic tension of the aortic rings and did not affect the influx of extracellular calcium in smooth muscle cells. It significantly relieved the precontracted vascular rings of 10 μmol / L phenylephrine (PE). TFCW may dilate blood vessels through multiple targets.
