目的了解古交地区城市上班族健康状况。方法本文对1997年和2007年古交地区部分城市上班族相隔10年血、尿检测结果进行了比较分析。结果 10a后健康人群血清中血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯和丙氨酸氨基转移酶含量异常率提高近10倍以上,尿常规检测异常率由1.3%增加至9.7%,乙型肝炎表面抗原携带率大幅下降。结论上班族健康状况不容乐观,应该引导人群提高自我保健意识,加强健康维护。
Objective To understand the health status of urban workers in Gujiao area. Methods In this paper, 1997 and 2007 in some areas of Gujiao urban workers 10 years apart blood and urine test results were compared. Results The abnormal rate of blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride and alanine aminotransferase in serum of healthy people after 10 years increased nearly 10 times, and the abnormal rate of urine routine test increased from 1.3% to 9.7%. The HBsAg carrier The rate dropped significantly. Conclusion The health status of workers is not optimistic, and the population should be guided to raise awareness of self-care and strengthen the maintenance of health.
