本文针对系统内档案信息的动态更新,创新性提出了“四轴一体”的理念。从“基础数据轴”“信息更新轴”“技术操作轴”“历史时分轴”四个维度,阐释了城市地下管线数据的管理,以期改进现有的地下管线档案信息管理,持续实现数据验证更新和系统优化,以建立规范收集、统一管理、资源共享的档案信息管理体系,提高我国整个城市地下工程及其档案管理的水平,更好地为档案利用者服务,为智慧城市建设保驾护航。
