电子政务标准是保证电子政务高效、合理建设的关键,是指导电子政务发展的原则。中国1990年颁布的《国家标准管理办法》明确指出,国家标准应在一定周期内复审,及时改进或发现制定新标准的需求。就中国电子政务核心标准近20年来的发展及复审数据进行了分析,发现某些标准的复审时间不合理,大部分电子政务标准存在未按时复审等现象;并结合数据分析的结果,对中国电子政务标准管理提出了相应建议。
E-government standards is to ensure efficient and reasonable construction of e-government is the key to guide the development of e-government principles. The “Measures for the Administration of National Standards” promulgated by China in 1990 clearly pointed out that national standards should be reviewed within a certain period of time to promptly improve or find the demand for formulating new standards. Based on the analysis of the development and review data of the core standards of China’s e-government in the recent 20 years, we found that the review time of some standards is not reasonable and most of the e-government standards have not been reviewed on time. Combining with the data analysis, Administrative standards management made the corresponding recommendations.
