淋巴肉瘤在病程经过中同时出现白血病血象及骨髓象者称为淋巴肉瘤细胞白血病,亦有人称为白血肉瘤或肉瘤性白血病。本病于1905年由Sternberg首先报告,复习国内文献继1958年梁晋全等报告2例之后,陆续有见报导,但其总例数迄今不上百例。我校附属第一医院自1974年1月至1977年12月共收治经淋巴结病理活检证实的恶性淋巴瘤49例,其中淋巴肉瘤33例(占67.34％),何杰金氏病10例(占20.41％),网状细胞肉瘤6例(占12.25％)。在33例淋巴肉瘤中有5例在病程经过中发现白血病血象,并经骨髓片瑞氏染
Lymphosarcoma in the course of the disease at the same time there leukemia blood and bone marrow as lymphoma sarcoma leukemia, also known as leukemia or sarcoma leukemia. The disease was first reported by Sternberg in 1905. After reviewing the domestic literature, 2 cases were reported by Liang Jinquan et al. In 1958, one after another reported that the total number of cases has not exceeded 100 so far. First Affiliated Hospital of our school from January 1974 to December 1977 were treated by lymph node biopsy confirmed 49 cases of malignant lymphoma, including lymphatic sarcoma in 33 cases (67.34%), Hodgkin’s disease in 10 cases (accounting for 20.41%), reticular cell sarcoma in 6 cases (12.25%). In 33 cases of lymphosarcoma in 5 cases found in the course of leukemia blood, and bone marrow tablets Wright’s stain
