建设学习型政党,必须大力开发和整合与历史和时代所赋予的、可资继承和借鉴的思想理论资源。为此,从政党学习的角度,分析中西方历史资源及其当代价值,优化意识形态资源特别是马克思主义政党学习的理论和实践,借鉴世界上有影响的大党、老党的衰败教训,为中国共产党建设学习型政党资源整合提供一种路径选择,不无启示。
To build a learning political party, we must energetically develop and integrate the ideological and theoretical resources that can be inherited and borrowed from history and the times. Therefore, from the point of view of the study of political parties, this paper analyzes the theory and practice of the historical value of the West and China and its contemporary value, optimizes the resources of the ideology, especially the study of the Marxist parties, and draws lessons from the decaying lessons of the influential big and old parties in the world. Chinese Communist Party building a learning party resources to provide a choice of path integration, without any inspiration.
