“七五”期间,是企业长期债务形成和发展的重要时期。由于国民经济多年来的徘徊,国家需要加速经济的发展步伐,提高发展速度,以实现我国的经济发展战略目标。对于实行承包经营的企业来说,迫切需要改变生产水平低、应变能力差的状况。如果企业依靠借入资金负债经营能够做到借得适度、用得合理,还得及时,实现借用还的良性循环,则有利于促进企业生产经营
The “7th Five-Year” period is an important period for the formation and development of long-term corporate debt.
