今年一季度,我省国民经济承接去年经济运行的走势,继续保持较快增长,国内生产总值增长百分之九点九,其中,第一产业增长百分之二点四;第二产业增长百分之十三点二;第三产业增长百分之十点四。经济增长速度与效益基本实现了同步增长,实现了『开门红』。这不仅为我省全面完成全年经济工作任务争取了主动,更重要的是增强了全省上下克服困难,谋取大发展的信心。各级各部门要认清形势,发扬成绩,乘势而上,扎扎实实做好当前的各项经济工作,努力保持经济发展的良好势头,在西部大开发中加快贵州发展。在四月十七日省政府召开的全省经济形势分析会上,钱运录省长指出,一季度我省经济保持较高增长速度,是在去年同期经济增长幅度较低的情况下取得的,是全省各级各部门工作抓得早、抓得紧、抓得实的结果,但是在好形势下还潜伏着一些突出矛盾和问题,物价持续走低的状况还未明显改变,有效需求不足的问题仍没有得到根本解决,部分产品销售不畅的问题仍较突出。各级领导干部在分析当前经济形势时,既要看到经济发展总的形势是好的,进一步振奋精神、坚定信心;更要看到存在的问题,看到工作中的薄弱环节,始终保持清醒的头脑,采取更加有力的措施,稳扎稳打,一步一个脚印,使上半年各项经济工作基本达到『时间过半,任务过半』的要求。
